Each package is insured up to $100 through UPS for liability. Tracking information is provided on the day of shipment. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Any claim for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to Lovell Manufacturing within 5–7 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.
When reporting a claim, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any damage or discrepancies. This information allows us to file a carrier claim and resolve the matter promptly.
